La Dinamo is a foundation which promotes the cession-of-use cooperative housing model as an alternative to conventional forms of housing provision.
Our goal is to contribute to the extension, replication and enhancement of the cession-of-use cooperative housing model in Catalonia.
- We publish and share information and offer research and training in cooperative housing.
- We provide technical and financial support for the creation of new cooperative projects.
- We encourage public policies which provide joint structural support in the sector.
- We cooperate with a range of organisations and networks from the social and solidarity economy to strengthen the sector and enable it to grow.
